Happy New Year!!

In honor of our 5 year anniversary, we want to share our space with you in a new and fun way, with an open house full of demo classes and staff on-site to answer all things Ethos with you!

We've added some new faces to our training team, renovated our massage rooms and updated our group fitness schedule for the 2024 calendar year. This open house will feature 30-min demos of all of our group fitness classes and special discounts available to all who show up, whether you participate in a class or not!
