The Waterbury Rotary Club is pleased to offer a FREE Mental Health First Aid Training for anyone interested in learning how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults. More information about what this kind of training entails and why it can help you make a difference in your community can be found at mhfa.org. The course requires 2 hours of independent prework, and the class will be held in Waterbury with the location shared upon registration.
