If you've always wanted to make a quilt, now is your chance. Each participant will work to make a Log Cabin Quilt Top.
We will provide a copy of the book, Quilt in a Day: Log Cabin by Eleanor Burns; informational meeting of the supplies you will need and an outline of the plans. If you have a sewing machine or can borrow one, it will be needed for the 2 Saturdays of assembling the quilt. We will help walk you through the step-by-step process to make your quilt.
We do have a limited amount of fabric that has been donated by community members and these will be available for you to select from, but you may need to purchase additional fabric.
Registration is required and space is limited. This is an opportunity for adults to make a quilt and for families to make a quilt together. Children must have an adult assisting them with this program.
