Starksboro Cooperative Preschool is hosting our 9th Annual 5 Town 5K Race & .5 mile Tot Trot charity event on Saturday 9/27 at Mt. Abe High School in Bristol. We are working with the Bristol Rec Department to offer this race as a part of the Bristol Harvest Festival.
The Starksboro Cooperative Preschool is a 501 c3 charity run by local members of the community to help insure children receive the necessary skills to enter into Kindergarten. We have worked hard to receive the highest rating from the STep program, and our continued success involves fundraisers like our 5 Town 5K event!
We have the support of many local business in helping us host this race, but we need our families, neighbors and friends to support us too! On Saturday morning 9/27 we encourage you to join us at Mt. Abe High School for a 5K walk/run. The children's .5 mile Tot Trot begins at 9am with the race to follow at 9:15am. The race route is through Bristol and finishes back at Mt. Abe.
Early registration is for the 5K is $15 and race day registration is $20. Entry into the Tot Trot is just $5! We are offering prizes for several age categories! We hope you will consider joining us on Saturday 9/27 for a wonder community event and help show your support for a great local charity where all the funds raised stay right here in the 5 Town area supporting your neighbors.
