On Saturday, January 20, from 1 - 3 pm, Brattleboro Area Hospice will be hosting a Death Cafe at Putney Friends Meeting (17 Bellows Falls Rd., Putney, VT).
At a Death Cafe, people, often strangers, gather to eat snacks, drink tea, and discuss death. Our objective is "to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives." A Death Cafe is a group-directed discussion of death with no agenda, objectives or themes. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counseling session.
Please RSVP as space is limited. Email info@brattleborohospice.org or call 802 257-0775.
