Vermont Children's Museum presents a Move Your Body Challenge this winter. Take the challenge to keep your body moving this winter! Staying active is an important part of having a healthy body and beating the winter blues.
Kick off your challenge this Saturday from 2pm-4pm at Middlebury Fitness to participate in fun, play-based activities for children to inspire you to keep your body healthy and moving this winter. Obstacle course, yoga, dramatic play kitchen, dramatic play doctor's office, and more!
Free entry but donations encouraged, $5 to make a smoothie on the smoothie bike.
