Did you know the human palate is capable of tasting only five flavors, while the human nose can recognize somewhere in the ballpark of 10,000 different scents? Can you recall the dozens of different colors and shades that are used to describe a white or red wine? And what the heck does "mouthfeel" even mean?!
Join us as we dive deep into the human senses, and learn how they help us in identifying what is in our glass. With this class you will gain a better understanding of what you actually like (or dislike!) about a wine which will help you make more informed, delicious decisions next time you visit your favorite wine shop!
