Happy new year! I'm pleased to announce that Stowe Chess Club is returning to our weekly gathering every Tuesday starting January 16th (in two weeks) at the Stowe Free Library from 3:30-5 for kids grades 1-12 and 5:30-7 for the adult group - also now meeting at the library. We're lucky to have such a vibrant chess culture here, so dust off those pieces, freshen up on your favorite opening, and wind up those clocks as we continue to exercise our minds and problem-solving skills playing the "Game of Kings"…
