Historic Harmon Noble Barn

The Harmon Noble Barn – Milk House Gallery is proud to present Isle La Motte artist Susan Larkin on Sept. 20th, during the T R Day Celebration, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Susan is a landscape painter with a BFA from Maine College of Art, and a MAT from Bennington College. She has an interest in painting the light and colors of the scenes that she finds in daily life, and paints outdoors as much as possible in the spring, summer, and fall to collect small studies for her larger studio paintings.

Susan has exhibited in many juried shows in the region, at the Bryan Memorial Gallery in Jeffersonville, VT, the annual Shelburne Farms “Art at the Coach Barn” show, and has had many installations in the Burlington area curated by Burlington City Arts. This includes the Burlington International Airport, Fletcher Allen Hospital, and the Marriot on the Waterfront in Burlington. She has also worked on a number of commissions for private clients. A number of her paintings have been purchased by Fletcher Allen Healthcare and are on display in public spaces at the hospital. She is presently represented by the Woodstock Gallery, Woodstock, Vermont.

Please stop in to view her beautiful work and join us in welcoming Susan to the Milk House Gallery on Sept. 20, 2014, from 10 – 2 pm.
