Notice is officially given of the Annual Meeting of Good Beginnings of Central VT which will be held at Central Vermont Medical Center, Conference Rm #3 Berlin, VT on Wednesday October 9, 2014.

The purpose of this meeting is to comply with any and all local and federal requirements for Annual Meeting including but not limited to:
 Distribution of Agenda, Board Reports, Agenda and Annual Report
 Welcome and introductions
 Review minutes from last meeting and vote
 Any other business according to by-laws.
 Report from Treasurer, presentation financial statements and questions
 Report from Board President with reference to Annual Report and Strategic Plan.
 Report from Executive Director with reference to Annual Report and Strategic Plan.
 Questions/discussion of this information.
 Presentation of guest speaker (TBD)
Notice of this meeting will be posted/filed on our website: (www.GoodBeginningsCentralVT.org), on Facebook and submitted to regional newspapers within 2 weeks of our meeting.
