This series will help you understand how to breathe better and more effectively in order to improve your mood, energy, anxiety, sleep and overall day to day life. Proper breathing supports the whole body and all of its systems, including detoxification of toxins stored in the body. We will practice together and I will send you home with practical knowledge for you to create your daily practice as you work towards your health goals.
This series will be hosted in person at 101 S Main Street (above Front Seat Coffee) 6pm.
1/9- Relaxing Techniques: foundational techniques, slow and low, calming and relaxing.
1/16- Activating Techniques: energy boosting, warming, stress relieving and invigorating.
1/23- Dynamic Immune Boosting Breath: reduce inflammation, boost immunity, aid in stress management, increase longevity
1/30- Sonic Neural Freedom Experience (application required): may release trauma, provide a transcendental experience while dissolving the thinking mind.
Each class will be accompanied or followed by a relaxing Sound Bath (a collection of Sound Bowls played for their healing frequencies) with Braelyn Gillespie
