Come to the Broad Brook Community Center, 3940 Guilford Center Road, to talk with fellow seniors about what's on your mind.

When: 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month; 1:00 - 2:00. The next meeting is this week, Thursday, 1/4/24.

Participants say that they feel uplifted and lighter after chatting with folks who are in the same age range. They laugh, listen, share ideas and experiences. Thoughts of the New Year - 2024!! may come up.

Deb Albright, retired nurse and professional facilitator, helps the group follow some simple guidelines, but participants determine what comes up for discussion. Deb brings beverage and cookies too!
