Start 2024 on the right foot with CAPOEIRA!

Capoeira Teacher Fronteira of Didê Capoeira VT will be offering classes in Berlin VT. Come discover the Brazilian Martial Art and Dance in this unique, engaging class. No experience necessary.

When: First session: January 19th - March 22nd Fridays, 6:45pm - 7:45pm
Where: Green Mountain Community Fitness Earth Studio
(Offered separately from GMCF membership)
Who: Adults and teens, from complete beginners onwards.
Cost: First class is FREE, 10 classes for $150 or drop-in rate is $20 a class.
Additionally, we are offering free training sessions offered on Mondays or Tuesdays for students enrolled in the full 10 sessions (time and location TBD).
