More than two hundred years after it was first organized as a political entity, Burlington is *finally* about to have its first woman mayor, and women are still underrepresented at all levels of Vermont politics. To help even things out, Emerge Vermont trains Democrats who identify as women in the skills needed to run for office. On January 13th, Emerge is offering an online training for Democratic women who want to run for local office (school board and select board).
