Next Wednesday September 24th - Safford Preserve. Meet at the Canoe Access (Cochran Road) at 5:00pm, then shuttle or walk to the trailhead. Distance on Safford Preserve 0.6 mile.

And - support the Richmond Land Trust - manager of the Safford Preserve that includes 19 acres of floodplain forest and 42 upland acres of hardwoods, hemlock and old apple orchards. It was donated in 1990 by George Safford, and named for him.
