Cultivating Health and Vitality Through Qigong

Through the coordination of breath and movement a qigong practice can increase energy levels, lower blood pressure, reduce stress and pain. Come learn some basics to get your practice started and see if qigong is right for you. If you've been coming to my classes you will be able to deepen your practice and learn new forms. We have a new meeting place for the winter at the Williamsville Hall in Williamsville. We will meet on Saturdays, at 10:30. I will be offering these classes for $10/session.

I am a certified qigong instructor, and have been practicing for 8years and am excited to share this practice with others.

Wear comfortable clothing and if wearing shoes make sure that they are flat shoes with space for you toes to spread; a yoga mat is helpful.
