VT Secretary of State, Sarah Copeland Hanzas, will present with Martha Diess, Global Citizenship Specialist with the VT Agency of Education, the third lecture by the VT League of Women Voters in partnership with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library.

This lecture is in person at the library and live streamed by Onion River Community Access TV (orcamedia.net) Sarah and Martha will discuss innovations in inspiring youth in democracy, state policy on civics education in our schools, and the Secretary's outreach program to encourage student engagement.
