TOWN OF BRISTOL SELECTBOARD MEETING

I. Call to Order: 6:00 P.M.
1. Review agenda for addition, removal, or adjustment of any items per 1 V.S.A. §312(d)(3)(A).
2. Overview of Zoom meeting operation and procedures: rules for participation, mute microphone, recognition by Chair, etc.

II. Public Forum. (5 min. per person)

III. Regular Business.
1. Consider quote and authorization to proceed from NEMRC to assist the Treasurer's office with backlogged reconciliations and FY2023 anomalies. May include deliberation in executive session. (+/- 5 min.)
2. Deliberation on proposed Unified Development Regulations amendments and potential adjustments that may warrant an additional public hearing. (+/- 30 min.)
3. Review and approval of the December 4, December 11, and December 18, 2023 meeting minutes. (+/- 5 min.)
4. Authorize accounts payable warrant and any liquor or tobacco licenses. (+/- 5 min.)

IV. Other Business.
1. Correspondence, reports, correspondence received. (+/- 5 min.)

V. Executive Session – tentative re contract negotiations per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(1)(A) and/or personnel matters per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(3).

VI. Adjourn.
