Christmas Eve Services at CVUUS

Please join us at the Champlain Valley Unitarian Universalist Society (CVUUS) at 2 Duane Ct near the high school for our Christmas Eve services will be at 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.

Christmas Eve No-Rehearsal Interactive Pageant! 4 pm
Family-friendly. Come be part of our joyful story with Mary, Joseph, Jesus, shepherds, sheep, angels, animals, wise ones, stars, and a UU justice slant. Our casting is inclusive: anyone can play any part and we often have multiples and also unusual animals. Come in costume or wear one of ours. Or just sit, watch, and sing along with the traditional carols accompanied by Music Dir. Ronnie Romano. Led by Dir. of Religious Exploration Poppy Rees.

Christmas Eve UU Service The Light of Jesus (6:30 pm)
Through the gospel, music, stories and poetry we will explore the light of Jesus and the meaning of Christmas. Led by Rev. Christina Sillari with special music directed by Ronnie Romano along with our Choir, Glendon Ingalls on trumpet, Carol Harden on viola and Dr Francois S Clemmons singing O Holy Night.

Both services end with the traditional lighting of candles and singing of Silent Night.
