Wednesday, January 3, 2024, beginning at 6:30 pm at the Town Office (62 Quaker Street, Lincoln, VT) and virtually using Zoom

The Lincoln Development Review Board will hold a Sketch Plan Meeting for:

1. Subdivision Application #23-095 as requested by Deina & Patrick Olstad for their property located at 296 West Hill Road, Lincoln, VT, Parcel I.D. 06070333.00.

and continue hearings for:

2. Waiver Application #23-074 as requested by John and Stacey Dobek for the construction of a 16'x16' timber framed shed located within setback requirements for their property located at 484 Mill Road, Lincoln, VT, Parcel I.D. 05100151.000.

3. Conditional Use Application #23-087 as requested by Josiah Jackson on behalf of Lincoln Sports Inc. for the creation of a multi-use trail network to improve access to the 55 acres that they manage which is located at 40 Gove Hill Road, Lincoln, VT, Parcel I.D. 09070187.000.
