Santa Claus and his elves are coming to the East Barre village area! This Saturday, December 23rd, dusk

Here's the rough plan: Starting from the EB station at 4pm: taking a right onto Summer St, then onto High Street, down Garden St and across to upper Mill St. Then down Church St and circling up and down Phil Street. Heading up Websterville Road across Little John then coming down Waterman St. Finally, looping around Carnes and Bianchi Street back to the fire station.

The truck will have its lights flashing with the occasional siren blaring and will be slowing down when Santa sees good little boys and girls to have his elves walk around and pass out candy canes and wish a Merry Christmas, but not necessarily stopping at each house, so if he's close enough to your home be sure to be outside and visible so he can slow down to let his elves out of the truck.

This is a very kind and thoughtful gesture provided by our community members and fire department. Should an emergency come up during the visit, Santa will have to let the truck take the call!
