City of Vergennes voters are invited to participate in a special ballot for a bond to replace two of the city's fire trucks on Tuesday, December 19. The total bond to be considered for approval by the voters is $1.75 Million and includes replacement of the Vergennes Fire Department's Heavy Rescue Truck ($1,125,000); Replacement of the Ladder Truck ($500,000); and new radios; $125,000
