participants are all personally connected to the experience of adoption - as first parents (biological parents who have relinquished a child for adoption), adoptive parents, or adoptees who are now adults.
This configuration brings wisdom into the (virtual) room.

While everyone knows what adoption is, the lived experiences of its impacts through a lifetime are much less well known or understood. Sharing perspectives in light of experience generates empathy, depth, and wisdom about what participants choose to share.

The group is free of charge and confidential; newcomers are very welcome.
Adoption Conversations meets monthly, on the third Tuesday evening of each month. We now meet via zoom.
