When: 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month; 1:00 - 2:00. The next meeting is this week, Thursday, 12/21.
Feel like talking? Especially around this holiday period?
Participants say that they feel uplifted and lighter after chatting with folks who are in the same age range. They laugh, listen, share ideas and experiences.
Deb Albright, retired nurse and professional facilitator, helps the group follow some simple guidelines, but participants determine what comes up for discussion. Deb brings beverage and cookies too!
