I. Call to Order: 6:00 P.M.
1. Review agenda for addition, removal, or adjustment of any items per 1 V.S.A. §312(d)(3)(A).
2. Overview of Zoom meeting operation and procedures: rules for participation, mute microphone, recognition by Chair, etc.

II. Public Forum. (5 min. per person)

III. Department Head Roundtable. (5 min. per person)

IV. Regular Business.
1. Review and potential approval of the Community Resource Specialist job description and allocation of ARPA funds for the first year. (+/- 20 min.)
2. Grant application authorization request: up to $40,000 through the VTrans Better Roads Program for Lincoln Road riverbank repair project. (+/- 5 min.)
3. Grant application authorization request: up to $50,000 through the Vermont Forest & Parks Urban & Community Forestry Program for tree removal, tree trimming, tree planting, and portable watering tank. (+/- 5 min.)

V. PUBLIC HEARING (7:00pm): Proposed Amendments to Bristol's Unified Development Bylaws.

IV. Regular Business (continued).
4. Review of preliminary budget information. (+/- 30 min.)
5. Review and approval of the December 4, and December 11, 2023 meeting minutes. (+/- 5 min.)
6. Authorize accounts payable warrant and any liquor or tobacco licenses. (+/- 5 min.)
7. Selectboard roundtable (+/- 10 min.)
8. Town Administrator's report (+/- 5 min.)

VI. Other Business.
1. Correspondence, reports, correspondence received. (+/- 5 min.)

VII. Executive Session – (tentative) re real estate negotiations per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(2) and personnel matters per 1 V.S.A. §313(a)(3).

VIII. Adjourn.
