Do you like peated Scotch? If so, come to the Sugarbush Holiday Craft Bazaar on Saturday at the Gate House and taste the very limited Pandemic Peat from Mad River Distillers!
While we can't produce Scotch in America, we can add peated malt to our Bourbon, which is what did to one barrel in 2020 when we had time on our hands. This very special whiskey is distilled from non-GMO corn, rye and peated malted barley. It's smoky and delicious.
Mad River Distillers will be pouring our Pandemic Peat as well as the latest limited releases of our Hopscotch Vermont Single Malt, which are made from beer from Lawson's Finest. We have Hopscotch distilled from Double Sunshine, Blonde Ale, and Hopzilla. A 3-pack of 375ml's of each makes a great holiday gift for the beer/whiskey lover in your life!
