Slow things down, settle in and join us for our annual Winter Solstice celebration of nourishment and intention this Thursday, December 21st – 5:30pm.
We will gather together on this cozy night to mark the official start of winter as our ancestors have for millenia, to honor the returning light with a delicious feast!
Chef Andreas John will be here to create a soul-full dinner that is sure to inspire and impress. His love for unique middle-eastern spice combinations paired with flavor profiles that dazzle with depth are truly special. His nourishing 4-course vegetarian meal will begin with a robust grazing board, and wrap up with something sweet and ethereal. As always, our meal will be carefully sourced to incorporate as many local, seasonal and organic elements as possible.
This delectable feast will be enjoyed together at our communal table and we will have special blessings and ceremony around the table and bonfire following dinner. We are excited to honor this age old tradition with new and old friends and look forward to seeing you all on the Solstice!
