The Shelburne Development Review Board will be meeting on Wednesday, December 20th at 7pm in Meeting Room 1 of the Shelburne Town Offices. This will be a hybrid meeting with both in person and online attendance options. There are two items on the agenda:

APPLICATION SUB 22-01R1/SP 23-03 (Continued) A&M Construction: Application by A&M Construction for Final Plan Approval of a 2-lot subdivision with a 4-unit multifamily building on Lot 2.

APPLICATION CU23-02/SP23-02 (Continued) Town of Shelburne: Application by Matthew Lawless on behalf of the Town of Shelburne for Conditional Use and Site Plan Review of a pedestrian bridge over the Laplatte River.
