Remember the Fallen . . . Honor those who Serve . . . Teach our children the value of Freedom.
On Saturday, December 16, at noon, Wreaths Across America will be at the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery Visitors Center to Remember and Honor our veterans through the laying of Remembrance Wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes and the act of saying the name of each and every veteran aloud. I have volunteered to lay a wreath and invite you to join me. Information is available by Googling "Wreaths Across America Vermont."
Feel free to bring your family and friends with you to National Wreaths Across America Day, even if you did not specifically register them. If you would like to volunteer, Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery is able to accommodate all that show up.
The Ceremony will begin at noon and the wreath-laying will immediately follow. The address is:
