We are changing our announcement format slightly, and will only be posting once a week, attempting to do so every Wednesday. This is being done to stay compliant with FPF rules, and we are so very grateful to have this platform!
I would like to begin by thanking Amanda for hosting last weeks project, where we assembled candy sleds and Christmas trees before donating them to our local food shelf. It was heartwarming to be "creating for a cause" and I'm sure we will be doing more of this in the future.
This Saturday we will be working on quilted fabric ornaments hosted by Carma and Carol R, and we still have a few spots left. Sign up is easy by going to our site
Future projects are being planned, with our schedule of events being updated as quickly as we can. We are thinking another barn quilting class, origami, and projects for Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's and Father's Days, just to name a few. We have more crafts than we can fit in our season 2, and already have ideas for season 3.
Keep an eye out for our announcement of a Craft Fair this Spring. Our Grant agreement from AARP includes and end of the season fair, and we will begin planning next month.
