. SOLSTICE YOGA AND SANSKRIT CHANTING
Join us for a deep dive into the season's gifts, honoring the long dark nights and the promise of the returning light. This year's practice is a slow flow of poses designed to gently open the body and restore the mind through deep rest. The accompaniment of the rich sounds of harmonium and voice lulls deeper into the seasons gifts. The warm glow of candle light and community completes the circle. Seasonal drink and snack send us on our way.
