Agenda
1. Selectboard response to separate Cemetery fund (Mary Alice) - asked but no reply yet. Mary Alice will ask about this again when we submit our final budget for the upcoming year.
2. Fence repair update (Adam) – Follow up on property lines/contact info (Mary Alice)
3. Stonework update (Adam) – set date, supplies, donation, etc.
Follow up on Adam's conversation with officers of Old Cemetery Association grant
4. Budget draft for 2024 (Mary Alice) – does not include mowing
Stone cleaner- 8 gallons @ $50/gallon $500
Old Cemetery Association membership 20
VT Cemetery Association 25
Fence repair 400 (grant)
Tree work/removal of brush 1,000
Total: $1,945
Note: May need to increase mowing budget in future as more light will be in cemetery as we trimmed a good number of trees this fall. Will we do that for 2024?
Also cannot put leaves over the fences anymore. May need to pay for leave removal? Follow up on communication with Travis re: this (Mary Alice)
5. Town budget and Annual Report: Budget – due in December. Annual report awaiting Amanda's reply (Mary Alice)
