The Rochester Housing Committee is organizing a "speed dating" event for anyone interested in taking advantage of the state's incentives for creating housing. The date is January 31, 2024 from 6:30-8:00pm at the Rochester School Gym.

Representatives from Vermont Housing Improvement Program (VHIP), Homeshare Program, Banks, Randolph Area Community Development Corporation (RACDC), Green Mountain Economic Development Corporation (GMEDC), Efficiency Vermont and hopefully others.

Each interested party will get 10 minutes with these experts and then move to another table. Hopefully it will start the process for potential home creators.
