Come celebrate with the Nerd-Choir in Northfield! Instead of an evening concert as originally planned, we're going to do something different & so far we have a fantastic day of activities lining up! 🎉

Feel free to choose your level of involvement! You & your family are cordially invited to attend any bit that fits your schedule, or more than welcome make a whole day of it!!

Activity Overview:

Meet at 1 PM at the United Church of Northfield, we will be joining three local churches to make some rounds caroling locally from 1-3 PM. We will head across the street to Four Winds, then carpool to Mayo to sing for the residents & perhaps some places in between! 🎵🎄🎵

We will then reconvene at the church at 3 PM for some hot drinks & fellowship ☕️.

Following, Nerd-Choir will set up for our evening of "Karaoke For the Reclusive, Strange & Delightful + Open Mic & Potluck!". Bring your favorite holiday dish to share (or not!)!! This is expected to kick off about 4-4:30 and stretch into the evening.

ITINERARY:

CAROLING 1-3 PM: Meeting at the United Church of Northfield (overlooking the Common).
Route highlights: Four Winds & Mayo! Dress in layers, we will be indoor/outdoor!

FELLOWSHIP 3-4 PM: Reconvening at the Church, enjoy a hot beverage & chat with your neighbors before heading home, OR plan to stay & hang with the the Nerd-Choir as we set up for the evenings festivities!! 🎄🎉🎤

KARAOKE / OPEN MIC / POTLUCK - 4/4:30-ish: following fellowship hour, we will be setting up for Karaoke & Open mic. There will be a house PA on hand. You are welcome to hop up for Karaoke, come prepared with a tune or 2 of your own to perform, open-mic-style, and the Choir has been working hard on some holiday favorites we'd love to sing for you in between!! 🎉🥳🎉

✨✨✨ FLASH RAFFLE✨✨✨

We will have a raffle table set up with local items!! The highlights so far include an "oldie-but-a-goodie" used Mad River Canoe, a voucher for Reiki session & assorted handmade local crafts, an hour long massage, & local artwork.

WE ARE ACCEPTING DONATIONS of Goods/services/art etc to be raffled, with tremendous gratitude! 💗🙏💗 Let me know by 12/15 if you have something you would like to contribute.

100% of raffle proceeds will go to benefit our friends, the kiddos at Grace Divinity House in Varanasi, India. Stay-tuned for further details!
