Hello neighbors, you are welcome to join this free community circle on Sunday. Even if you can't join, consider lighting a candle between 12:30 & 2:30 to connect with us energetically, so we can amplify our prayers together.
The intention of this gathering is to hold space for anyone who is in need of support due to grief, sadness, pain, fear, loneliness or loss. For those affected by the recent shooting of the 3 Palestinian students here in Burlington, community members who are feeling antisemitism, Islamophobia, or any form of racism or oppression, those who are overwhelmed by the ongoing tragedy in Gaza/Israel & the suffering around the world. This circle will be held by a group of healing practitioners who wish to offer a safe space for folks to be witnessed, supported & loved. The opening prayer & land acknowledgement will be lead by our respected Indigenous elder Sierra Dawn McFeeters. All are welcome to attend no matter your spiritual or religious beliefs.
Through our heart connection & presence we can shift some of the heaviness we are feeling & transmute the pain together. With the guidance of our ancestors & the unseen realms we will bear witness to what is moving through the collective. In sacred circle we will meditate on peace & send our collective healing light out to envelope the Earth & all beings.
This is a free event. Tea & other herbal support will be offered. There will be a central altar, you are welcome to bring sacred objects to add - something from nature, crystals, photo of a loved one, etc.
This Sunday December 10, 12:30-2:30 at 74 Main St, first floor, Burlington VT. This space is wheelchair accessible. Please help us spread the word, thank you. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
Many blessings,
Maria
