Susan Clark, Town Moderator of Middlesex, VT, will speak on Constructive Discourse at the second in a series of Lectures on Election Issues and Democracy, Wednesday, December 13, 7:00PM - 8:30PM.
The League of Women Voters of VT in partner with the Kellogg-Hubbard Library (Montpelier) presents this program in-person at the library and also live-streamed by Onion River Community Access TV (orcamedia.net).
Clark is a writer and an educator focusing on community sustainability and citizen participation, an award-winning radio commentator and former talk-show co-host. She has taught community development at the college level for ten years. Clark's democratic activism has earned her broad recognition, including the 2010 VT Secretary of State's Enduring Democracy Award.
