Interested in meditation?

We welcome you to join a small, regular community of meditators who gather weekly, now on Thursdays at the First UU Church! We sit and share silence from 6:30 to 7:30pm Thursdays. If you'd like to sit for a shorter period, there is an opportunity to leave halfway through. Meditation cushions, benches, and chairs are all available for use, and we will help you get set up comfortably.
