Mission Statement
The Amateur Musicians Orchestra, established in 1984, is a community orchestra based in South Burlington, Vermont. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for adult, non-professional musicians to share their love of music with the community through two free concerts per year.
Our goal is to provide a setting for musicians to play in a friendly, non-competitive ensemble without auditions and perform from original scores when feasible.
