Looking for a way to enjoy the Vermont winter?

In collaboration with the Onion River Nordic Ski Club, the Bill Koch Youth Ski League (BKL) cross country ski program provides kids the skills they need to enjoy this lifetime sport. Our focus is to have kids gain a positive exposure to the sport and develop skills and agility through games and touring. Our program focuses on the classic ski technique. All ability levels are welcome. Parent participation is encouraged and essential to the success of the program. Parent volunteer coaches are also needed - please reach out to amilkowski@gmail.com if you want to volunteer. Weather is often unpredictable. In the event of bad snow conditions, we may try to hold an alternative outdoor activity or plan an adventure to a local cross-country ski area with more snow.
