Are the holidays an especially difficult time for you?  Are you missing someone you have lost, either recently or some time ago?  Grieving a loved one during the holidays can be complicated, and for many, somewhat isolating.  It can really help to find ways to express your grief and connect with others who have also had a loss.  Please consider joining us for an afternoon session Thursday, December 7th, from 2:30 to 4:00 in Conference Room C at the Richmond Town Center.  With facilitator Ally Parker, MA, we will explore grief during the holiday season.  This is a one-time session focused on the holidays; Please see the description below.
You are not alone. Join us for reflection and discussion about navigating grief and loss during the holiday season.

Topics for discussion may include but are not limited to:
--Identifying responses to loss and "normal symptoms of grief" 
--Honoring the memory of a loved one during the season
--Attending holiday celebrations when your heart is heavy
--Participating in old or developing new holiday traditions
--Self-care 
Group will be limited to 12.--There is room.
