An invitation to all interested in helping make Cabot an even better place to live and work:
Join the Cabot Agriculture Network committee, a Task Force coming out of the December 2012 Cabot Community Visit organized by the Vermont Council on Rural Development. We are starting up a new year of gatherings to realize the Action Plan outlined in VSRD's report to the Town.

So far we were instrumental in organizing an ongoing youth life skills education program together with Vermont University's 4H extension, a joint marketing effort by two Cabot businesses, and surveyed Cabot's businesses.

We want to further pursue the establishment of a Town of Cabot brand that pulls businesses together under one umbrella to attract more customers and increase sale.

Please come to our meeting and tell us what you'd like to see happen to Cabot's agriculture and economy: Tuesday, September 16, 7 pm at the Willey Building's select board room.
