This is a time of contemplative quiet and music, and candlelight. A time to quiet the overactivity of the mind and body. Those who have a personal practice of meditation know the benefits last beyond the practice session. Clearer thinking, less tension, improved mood.

Come, sit, and be. No experience with meditation is required. All are welcome! This is a free event open to all ages.
