The Lincoln Development Review Board will hold public hearings for:

1. Waiver Application #23-074 as requested by John and Stacey Dobek for the construction of a 16'x16' timber framed shed located within the side yard setback of their property.

2. Conditional Use Application #23-087 as requested by Josiah Jackson on behalf of Lincoln Sports Inc. for the creation of a multi-use trail network to improve access to the 55 acres that they currently manage in the town of Lincoln.

Participation in the local proceeding is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal. Please call the Town Office at (802) 453-2980 to arrange a time to view the complete application.
