Local food professionals Jordan Schaefer and Marci Lutsky will lead a recipe demonstration and tasting of mocktails and appetizers for easy holiday entertaining. The menu includes ginger basil spritzers served with puff pasty pesto straws and pomegranate sangria with baba ganoush and homemade potato chips.
