Falls and fall prevention at the Castleton Community Center on September 23rd at 12:30pm. Come learn some tips and techneques to aid in the prevention of fall and the injuries they may bring. All are welcome to attend.

SASH (Support And Services at Home) is a FREE service available to all Medicare recipients. It is designed to assist individuals with staying happy, healthy, and most importantly at HOME!
