1. 9:00 AM Yoga Class
Taught by Petra O'Neill, Kripalu Yoga Teacher. Kripalu Yoga is a gentle yoga practice with a compassionate approach. It emphasizes meditation, physical healing, and spiritual transformation that overflows from the yoga mat into daily life. Kripalu is gentle Yoga that emphasizes moving at your own pace, self-acceptance, and adaptability. 2. 10:00 AM Guided Meditation
After relaxing yoga, join us for a special meditation with the animals, led by Kate Solisti, Intuitive Interspecies Communicator. Kate will share how she works with the wild animal "Councils" for guidance and wisdom. Then we will experience a meditation guided by an animal wisdom teacher. Could it be a dolphin, elephant, wolf, hummingbird, or…? Join us and find out who will step up to join us. You will leave feeling a renewed heart connection with Mother Earth and all of Nature. 3. 11:00 AM Reiki
Led by Petra O'Neill, Reiki Master Teacher. Open to anyone interested in learning more about Reiki and the upcoming Reiki Program Course beginning in January. Participants will experience a hands-on treatment opportunity to receive Reiki with an opening and closing meditation circle.
