Vermont Natural Resources Council is pleased to present "Seemingly Impossible", an exhibit of photographs taken and curated by Montpelier's John Snell. In his sixty years behind a camera, John has sought to capture the "impossible" sights - such as the light coming through a new sugar maple leaf or the morning frost covering the hillside - right here in Central Vermont. His exhibit inspires the viewer to see the "impossible" pieces of life all around them and consider the importance of maintaining our natural spaces for future generations.
As part of Montpelier Art Walk, our office will be open to visitors from 4:30 to 7:30 pm, and John will be on-site to speak about his methods and inspiration, share stories and sell prints. We are venue #16 right down the street from the State House. Attendees are invited to participate in a free raffle to win a t-shirt or water bottle. Light refreshments, including homemade baked goods and hot cocoa, will also be served while supplies last. Great art, free food and cool prizes - don't miss it!
