This 2-hour virtual end of year wellness experience will help you journey inward through a short guided meditation, 20 mins of gentle movement, and intentional reflection exercises. This time will help you reconnect to your body, explore what you currently need, and reclaim your wellbeing in the year ahead.
You'll walk away feeling refueled and with a completed a wellbeing inventory for yourself along with 2024 wellbeing intentions. You will also receive reusable tools & templates to support your in prioritizing your wellbeing in 2024.
