The South Burlington Friends of the Arts (SBFA) is a nonprofit organization seeking to celebrate the arts, giving students' talent a platform to show their work along side of professional artists. The event provides a needs based scholarship to South Burlington art students pursuing the arts after graduation. This annual event brings the community together through donation levels and ticket sales.

We do this by holding an annual event called ARTMix at Higher Ground. This year's program will again be hosted by Vermont Public's Mitch Wertlieb and conclude with our headliner Dwight + Nicole.

We are looking for local professional artists to join in on the great evening.

The SBFA will provide easels, standing and tabletop for the artists showing to use.

As said, this is a fundraiser. this is also a great opportunity to show your work to a very large gathering of people coming to the event.

I think there is some sort of compensation for the professional artists.

I might add that in the past events, there have been performance artists, poets, etc.
