Meet Democratic mayoral candidate Joan Shannon and Democratic Ward 7 City Council Candidate Evan Litwin this week at a couple of upcoming events in the New North End. We will be helping people get registered to participate in the upcoming Democratic Nominating Caucus at both events.

Join us at the Elks Club at 925 North Avenue on Friday December 1st from 5:30 to 7:30PM. Meet Joan Shannon and Evan Litwin, enjoy pizza and drinks with neighbors, and talk with candidates about your issues and concerns.

Or join us on Saturday December 2nd from 9 to 10:30 at the Bagel Cafe in the Ethan Allen Shopping Center. Come have a coffee and a bagel and talk with the candidates.

Both events are open to the public.

December's Democratic Town Meeting Day Nominating Caucus on December 10th will be the first contest of the Mayoral and City Council races. Participation in the Caucus is open to all registered voters in Burlington who are not participating in another party's caucus. We will have important information and registration assistance available at both events.
